2. For the betterment of the industry, this year Mr. Mubarak Kanoje, Managing Director, Bellezza (India) Pvt. Ltd. going to PARIS organized by L’Oreal as last year he went for BRAZIL & ARGENTINA which was his study & conference tour, organized by L’Oreal.
3. Bellezza (India) Pvt. Ltd. has opened it’s new salon in Pune at Katraj on 16th July. This salon is the 3rd salon in Pune, as already presence in Pune (Viman Nagar & Wanowari), thus making the number to 35.
4. Day by day we are getting technically sounder and it has become easier for us to please our clients by the advanced mechanism. The appreciated words of our clients are found in our three recently launched salons at Mumbai (Ghatkopar), Nagpur (Traffic Park) & Rajkot (Crystal Mall). The highlights of these salons are the marbles used in the interiors which are Australian marble with inlay work that has been crafted by team of professionals from up-country. Keeping in mind about hygiene as the most significant factor for our clients, the facial cabin flooring is joint-less which is antibacterial as recommended by the FDA. The Styling Chairs & Shampoo stations are all imported from Italy to give our clients more leisure. A team of best professionals in housekeeping has been appointed to maintain proper hygienic ambiance. The main entrance door closure is fully automatic. Bellezza salon in Rajkot is the 1st Salon in Swarashtra & 9th in Gujarat State.
5. To motivate the achievers of the team Bellezza, we send the artist for the international training in HAIR & SKIN. 2 consecutive years we have almost sent more than 15 artists in each year to SINGAPORE & HONGKONG. Bellezza believes that these kinds of activities will motivate the staff & also they will explore themselves in learning new cut and styles as clients desperately love changes. The achievers selection was based on the entire year experience which will be done through the expert panel team. The company frequently organized the training tour for the betterment of the Industry.
6. Apart from the training ground company also organized its ANNUAL MEET. The idea is to get all the team Bellezzian’s on one floor. This activity took place every year. The innovative experience amongst the entire meet was live at “CRUISE” where all the arrangement like conference / felicitation of the achievers / motivated speech from the top most OREATORS of the country & the cultural performance the entire night. This was the new experience for all of us.
7. Bellezza (India) Pvt. Ltd. not only trained their technical person but also educate the management team & the technical team. For the betterment of TECHNICAL TRAINERS” Skills, Company organized their training session not only in India but also in upcountry, so that they may unwind themselves and teach the ground team the innovation of the grooming world. At the same time to motivate & educate them the management also learn the innovative things for the betterment of the industry.
